Beck-Bookman Library Building Fund

Goal: $50,000.00

Specific Need

Beck Bookman Library is the only library serving the entirety of Jackson County, having free and open access six days a week. We are bringing years of planning to fruition by remodeling the current building and adding square footage to accommodate the community's growing needs. The new front vestibule has created an energy efficient entrance while adding width to exceed the ADA compliant standards. On average, we have close to 100 people enter the library every day, and the vestibule has not only proven energy efficient, but has added an aesthetic component to motivate the next phase.

With the community's help and continued support, we will be creating a space for the generations to come. A free and accessible meeting space will be available for a wide range of programs and meetings. Your library won't just serve the patrons of today, but will serve future generations as our community grows.

Mission

It is the mission of Beck Bookman Library to provide access to a world of literature and learning through a variety of media. The library seeks to serve a community of all ages and interests, creating a centralized resource center that meets the increasing need for information.
