Specific Need

Soldier Ball Club is currently working to upgrade the field Lighting by replacing our existing lights with enery-efficient LED field lights. We currently have 18 of our older lights that have failed and are in need of replacement. This upgrade will help provide better lighting for our players and fans while improving the reliablity and efficiency of our field lighting system.

We also want to put a new sign on Highway 16 to direct people to our facility.

Profile

Soldier Ball Club is located on the northwest corner of Soldier, Kansas. We are a nonprofit baseball and softball organization operated by dedicated community volunteers. Our mission is to provide summer baseball and softball opportunities for children ages 5–14 in our community and surrounding areas.

In addition to youth sports, we host fundraising softball tournaments throughout the year to support various local organizations and community causes. Our facility is open to the public and serves as a gathering place for families, athletes, and community members.
